I LOVE our new bathroom and my father has been enjoying the ability to use the wheelchair accessible shower just like a normal person. Thank you Carey Bros for the beautiful bathroom! You took all my stresses away and understood my finances. I will always be grateful and count my blessings that God put you in my path as he knew I needed great people like Carey Bros to help me in my time of need. I will always be a Carey Bros fan.

When I first met James, he raved about their Field Superintendent Matt and how good he was and how people loved him. In my mind, it was a lousy sales pitch and I haven’t even seen this guy. Sounds like a BS distraction and I didn’t even care who he was. Just give me a nice-looking bathroom the way I want it without a hassle Well, now that we are near the end of our bathroom remodel, I must agree with James about this guy Matt he raved about. He installed the difficult pulls we purchased and did an excellent job of making sure everything was in alignment -- doors on the cabinet and the pulls (we are picky). When people see the guest bathroom, it looks better than Porcelanosa‘s new showroom. Matt is a good communicator, resolves any problems the next day without a hassle I couldn’t find any fault with this guy. He knows the job well and raises the name Carey Bros. above the others. When James advised us that they are more expensive than some, I interpreted that as “you get what you pay for.” I never had sleepless nightmares about the job being done right or dealing with their subs. James, I have to agree with you, we love Matt too!

I’m so short and they fixed everything in our bathroom to where it accommodated me and makes me feel much safer. The bench in our shower is my perfect height, they literally measured me and built it custom. I recommend them to family and friends all the time!

My husband and I never did a home remodel and were extremely nervous. When we made the decision to remodel our master bath we wanted a company that we felt comfortable with. When Carol first came to our home her easy going way and calm demeanor was reassuring. She listened to what we wanted asked questions about what we liked and took pictures and measured and remeasured to check her work. She was always available to answer questions and I know she searched endlessly to find the perfect tile for our bathroom. Both James and Carol presented the bid for the job and thoroughly went through the process and presented us with a book with all of the information and plans again they settled in for a long evening of questions and reassuring us that everything was going to OK. They introduced us to our lead contractor Eduardo who was punctual every day, friendly and a perfectionist, he was like family. He also answered my questions took time to explain things and showed me how he was doing things. When he went to lunch one of my dogs felt so comfortable with him that Sammie sat next to him in the garage. The crew cleaned up after their selves every day and were extremely careful not to disturb or damage anything in our home. Everything was protected and covered to ensure this. On days when James was not available to come to our home to check on things he would have Eduardo send pictures and have conversations over the phone. Carol also came to the house to check on progress. I could go on and on about the positive experience that we had with this family owned company. We will hire them again when we are ready to do further renovations. Thank you for your professionalism, being perfectionists, and making this remodel painless.
