From Handyman Repairs to Remodel

Scope: A pilot swooped in, eyeing this house as a potential nest for his flock when they flew over from Hong Kong. Struggling to find a handy helper, we stepped up, fixed things, and voila! A bond as solid as airplane wings was born. From that day on, we’ve been a dynamic duo, tackling project after project in this high-flying abode.

Features: This project expanded the garage and garage door to accommodate a windsurfing van, a workshop, and a pastry kitchen. We replaced an indoor pool with a modern gym, renovated the kitchen, replaced the stair railing, and remodeled the primary bathroom, hall bathroom, and powder room. Additionally, we transformed a cabana into a whole guest house and completely revamped the outdoor kitchen. The kitchen features white cabinets with a custom glaze, Venetian bronze pulls and knobs, Sea Pearl granite countertops, and a Viride Jeffery Court Chapter 4 backsplash. The sinks, including an antique copper sink and prep sink from Native Trails, are complemented by Moen’s oil-rubbed bronze faucets. In the primary bathroom, the focal point is a stunning copper tub with an oil-rubbed bronze faucet. The vanity top matches the kitchen counter, featuring Sea Pearl granite, while the flooring consists of 12”x24” golden sand quartzite tiles. The shower walls showcase Emser 12”x24” Paladino tile in Albanella Matte with a marble 12” by 12” shower pan. The primary bath is illuminated by two Maxim Linda 3 lights in an oil-rubbed bronze finish. The hall bathroom echoes the primary bath with matching finishes. We are delighted to have completed all these projects for the homeowner and grateful for the friendship that has blossomed.
