Scope: The homeowners had rented out their amazing vacation home by the water, where they made countless memories with their children during summers and holidays. When they considered returning to visit or selling it, they discovered that the interior was beyond repair, except for the windows and a few doors. However, once they saw the fantastic transformation we had accomplished, they simply couldn’t say goodbye to it and decided to keep it for many more years of fun and joy!
Features: We installed shaker cabinets painted in rift oak and quartz countertops. The backsplash features full subway tile in a herringbone pattern, while the thick rift oak shelves and backs of glass cabinets provide a richer, more natural look. Additional cabinetry has been added to the soffit to maximize space along the back wall, with glass cabinets installed on either side of the range to create the illusion of more space. Each corner has a Lazy Susan, and there’s an automatic trash cabinet as well. The fridge is surrounded by storage and two appliance garages. Throughout, we’ve installed new luxury vinyl waterproof floors for a more open feel. Both bathrooms have been updated with rift oak cabinetry, new plumbing, mirrors, and lighting, and we’ve used solid surface material for the shower and tub surrounds.
