Modular Home: “I Want to Love My Bath on a Budget”
Pleasant Hill, California
Scope: It was time to update an aging bathroom so our homeowner could say “I Love My Bathroom.”
Once we demolished everything in the bathroom, it was easy to start over once all the new material decisions were made. Our homeowner was delighted with our shopping trips to select all the pieces and parts that would comprise her updated bathroom. She commented that it made her space very personal and pleasing. A nice-sized soaking tub was high on her priority list. Her tub was selected by “trying it out” at the plumbing showroom, and she found the perfect fit with a Sterling tub! Unfortunately, we were limited to the existing size of her shower, so to save money, she decided to use a fiberglass shower unit with niches for her bath products. Vanity storage was high on her wish list; a Strasserwood vanity with seven drawers was a perfect fit, with a custom solid surface countertop giving the vanity a perfect finish.
Features: Kohler brushed nickel plumbing fixtures and accessories, an elegant round vanity mirror, walls painted her favorite color trimmed the bath, and neutral LVT flooring added up to our customer yelling “I Love My New Bathroom!”
