Space to Create: Home Office Addition

Scope: This dynamic duo, both insurance wizards, found themselves in a pickle – one crunching numbers in the bedroom, the other holding court in the living room. Talk about a need for a dedicated workspace! With property line setbacks to juggle, we rolled up our sleeves and conjured up a gorgeous new space that not only ticked all their boxes but also sprinkled some extra home value on top!

Features: This home office addition provides additional space and enhances productivity. With two large windows and glass doors, natural light brightens the room, which is ideal for a workspace. New hardwood flooring was installed to match the rest of the home, stone top, built-in desks, recessed cans to offer ample lighting, and French doors to help maintain a connection between the office and home. The covered patio provides a relaxing spot, a perfect place to take breaks. The seamless construction of the addition with the existing structure gives the impression that it was always a part of the home. This design enhances the home’s look and adds value and functionality. Working from this home office is sure to inspire creativity and focus!
