Scope: This client was on a mission to spruce up their lackluster kitchen, reading nook, and staircase. Picture a space that’s not only practical but also gives you a big hug when you walk in. The revamp didn’t just revive the home; it showcased the client’s personality and style throughout the spaces!

Features: This home underwent a major transformation. The old oak cabinets were replaced with custom maple cabinets featuring a white paint finish and useful accessories such as a drawer with a flip-down face to hide stereo equipment. The homeowners selected efficient appliances including a 30″ gas range, microwave drawer, French door refrigerator, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and an architectural range hood by Bertazzoni. The black island cabinet topped with a black walnut top steals the show. The island also features banquet seating for four. The kitchen storage area includes full-height divided lite double cabinets with reeded glass and bright interior cabinet lighting. New recessed lights and under cabinet LED lighting illuminate the kitchen. The island pendant light adds to the ambiance. The pantry door was upgraded to a matching divided lite French door with reeded glass for a cohesive look. The granite countertop and glass tile backsplash add elegance to the kitchen. The old windows were replaced with new ones. The countertops feature pop-up electrical outlets for functionality. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a reading nook with fun wallpaper and a beautiful built-in reading bench. Upstairs, a new Hollywood-style staircase with transitional spindles and darkened handrails matches the refinished flooring on the first floor. What a magnificent transformation!
