Masculine Easy Access First Floor Bath

Brentwood, California

Scope: This homeowner requested a flashy upgrade in their dwelling – a ground floor bathroom designed for tall individuals! The challenge? Swapping out a regular old shower for a luxurious walk-in tub. Not only did we need to nail the accessibility factor, but we had to ensure enough legroom for our client!

Features: The bathroom renovation included adding a pony wall to create space for a soaking tub. We replaced the exterior door with a divided lite frosted French door to bring in natural light. The homeowner chose a horizontal wood-look porcelain tile with a six-inch glass mosaic inset on all four walls for a bold look. The bathroom features a small stained traditional vanity with a dark stone top, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and a mirror. A stylish light fixture illuminates the vanity. Additionally, the bathroom includes three shelves with industrial pipe supports for extra storage and a masculine touch.
