Features:
Thoughtful Kitchen Storage
New cabinetry was designed around the kitchen’s existing footprint, with practical storage details that make the space easier to use every day.
A Clean, Coordinated Surface Palette
Meganté solid-surface material was specified for the kitchen countertops and full backsplash, as well as the primary bath countertop and shower surfaces. The kitchen and bath share a cohesive material language while each space retains its own character.
A More Inviting Primary Shower
The new shower combines a molded solid-surface pan with matching wall surfaces, a built-in bench, shampoo niche, handshower, and framed bypass glass enclosure. Kohler and Moen fixtures add a polished finishing touch.
A Kitchen Ready for Real Life
The appliance package includes a GE refrigerator, Bosch cooktop, Zephyr range hood, Maytag wall oven, and GE microwave and trim kit, along with a dishwasher.
Lighting That Works Beautifully
The remodel replaces outdated kitchen lighting with high-efficiency LED fixtures and separately controlled undercabinet lighting, creating more useful layers of illumination throughout the space.
Finishes Chosen to Feel at Home
Sherwin-Williams Alabaster was specified throughout the kitchen nook and primary bath, while the new HomeLegend hybrid engineered wood flooring was selected to match the existing flooring. Together, these choices create a calm, cohesive transition between remodeled and existing spaces.
Details That Tie It All Together
From Kohler and Moen plumbing fixtures to an Elkay kitchen sink and Lafayette Glass shower enclosure, the finish selections bring quality, consistency, and thoughtful detail to the completed remodel.
