What I love most about my job is my customers. There is nothing about what I do that brings me more joy and personal satisfaction than a happy customer!
I have been at Carey Bros. Remodeling since 1984 and a part of the remodeling industry since 1981. I began working as a laborer for my brother in 1981 and worked my way up the ranks as a carpenter and eventually learned many trades. In 1984 my brother and I partnered and have been working together ever since. My life’s journey has been nothing short of amazing!
One of my favorite things about the industry is experiencing the unbelievable transformation that occurs when we work on someone’s home. Although most people focus on the “sizzle” or finished appearance of a project, there is so much more that we do. We create more “elbow room”, which means more comfort. We improve energy efficiency, improve safety and, in general, make life around the house more enjoyable. What could be better?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife of 40 years. We love to travel, boat, play golf, and most importantly, spend time with our three beautiful children and three precious grandchildren. We have more blessings than we could possibly begin to count. It truly is a “wonderful life.”

I have been at Carey Bros. Remodeling, and part of the remodeling industry, since 2019.
One of my favorite things about the industry is being able to help our customers find the best prices to make their dream remodel affordable.
Outside of work, I like to spend my free time with family and friends enjoying the outdoors.

What I love most about my job is hosting client appreciation events.
I have been at Carey Bros. Remodeling since 2017, when my career in the remodeling industry began.
One of my favorite things about the industry is seeing the amazing before and after transformations that our team achieves!
Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my high school sweetheart husband and our two children, Adeline and Oliver. I enjoy traveling, photography, decorating and fixing up our 1950’s rancher!
Morris Carey

What I love about my job is seeing the plans I draw come to life. Even more, I love seeing the unbelievably fine quality our team produces.
I began in construction in 1976. I created Carey Construction in 1978. I have been building and remodeling for 45 years and I have loved every second.
For me, the best part of remodeling is working for one family at a time. Each project is extremely personal unique to the family for whom we work.
Outside of work, I love spending every extra minute snuggling with my wife. I fell in love with her over 60 years ago. We love to cook together, and we love to travel and take pictures. When I grow up, I want to be just like her.
Michelle Dolinka-Shaw

Michelle Dolinka-Shaw: Design Specialist
Michelle started her career in the interior design field 15 years ago working in different areas through out the industry. After a couple years working for a kitchen and bath plumbing/tile showroom in the staging and furnishings area, she decided to switch her degree from special education to interior design.
After getting her Degree in Interior Design in 2009, she started working for design/build firms. Over the last 12 years she worked in all areas of the design/build process. From meeting the client and helping them build the design that best fits their wants and needs to taking care of the project management. At time, she would even switch out her heels and pencils for her work boots and tools to help and get the job done.
With her knowledge of project management, construction, cabinet building and installing, and countertop fabrication she excels in not only helping her clients with their remodel, but she also educates them in the process and setting their expectations so they can feel confident before, during, and after their remodeling experience.
Lindsay Collins

What I love most about my job is helping clients’ dreams for their home come to life.
I joined the Carey Bros. team in 2022, but have been apart of the remodeling industry since July 2020. So, I started in the industry at the craziest time, in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic.
One of my favorite things about the industry is seeing spaces transform and enhance the user’s experience. I also love seeing the design trends, aesthetically and functionally, evolve through the years.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my boyfriend, family, and friends. I enjoy watching movies , listening to music, going to live concerts, and golfing and playing pickle ball with my boyfriend.

I married my high school sweetheart, Morris Carey in 1991 and Carey Brothers Remodeling in 1992! It was my chance to trade what I loved doing as avocation for a true occupation, design and space planning.
Keeping up with “what’s new and exciting” in design and materials is by far at the top of my favorites to do list. Research of all kinds, which creates a volume of knowledge for my clients to use in their design development and the ability to help solve existing problems with a space.
In our spare time my husband Morris and I love old movies, adventures, photography, travel, cooking together and time with our family.
Alisa Harvey

What I love the most about my job is the great team we have and the wonderful clients I get to meet. It feels like one big happy family!
I have been at Carey Bros. Remodeling since February of this year and a part of the remodeling industry for 35 years. I have worked as an Interior Designer, Cabinetry and Kitchen & Bath Designer, Model Home Merchandising and Consulting.
One of my favorite things about the industry is seeing how happy the clients are with the amazing transformations we do for them and creating long and lasting friendships.
Outside of work, I love to throw pottery, painting with acrylics, and hanging with my four beautiful daughters along with my childhood sweetheart and husband of 35 years.

I have been at Carey Bros. Remodeling since 2023 and a part of the remodeling industry since 2012.
One of my favorite things about the industry is the innovative products in smart home design.
Outside of work, I ski, spend time with family, and garden.

What I love most about my job is making dreams come true. The greatest satisfaction in my work comes from finding solutions that help my clients create their ideal space. Knowing that I have a hand in bringing joy and happiness to people that lasts a lifetime is what makes my job so rewarding.
I have been at Carey Bros. Remodeling since Dec 2023 and a part of the remodeling industry since 2022.
The best part about working in the remodeling industry is the opportunity to utilize my creativity and develop custom solutions for my clients.
When I’m not working, I’m a proud mother to four children ranging from 2 to 15 years old. I love painting and have even sold some of my artwork. My husband and I are also gradually renovating our 1980s home, which keeps us busy.

I’ve been with Carey Bros. Remodeling since 2023 and have been in the industry since 2010.
One of my favorite things about doing remodels is the attention to detail for the final walk through.
Outside of work, I spend quality time with family and friends BBQing, lake and river trips. Just relaxing enjoying time off!

What I love about my job is most of the work is local. Carey Bros. is a great place to work.
I have been at Carey Bros. since October 2021 and a part of the remodeling industry since 1982.
One of my favorite things about the industry is the fact that I get to work at a lot of different trades so I’m not doing the same thing all the time.
Outside of work I like to spend time with my son and daughter and my three dogs. I enjoy playing guitar and recording music at home.

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, riding my Harley Street Glide, spending time with my wife, and smoking meat on my Traeger.
