I LOVE our new bathroom and my father has been enjoying the ability to use the wheelchair accessible shower just like a normal person. Thank you Carey Bros for the beautiful bathroom! You took all my stresses away and understood my finances. I will always be grateful and count my blessings that God put you in my path as he knew I needed great people like Carey Bros to help me in my time of need. I will always be a Carey Bros fan.

My husband and I contacted Carey Brothers for our kitchen remodeling project. I have to say that everything from design to finished project was absolutely perfect. We worked with James for design and then Carol helped with design as far as products such as granite and tile backsplash and paint colors. Their communication was the best I've ever had from any contractor. Field Superintendent Matt was great to work with. Every night we received an email letting us know what was going on the next day and who would be at our house. All of the workers were very polite and courteous and kept a very clean workspace. This was the best contracting job we've ever had! Our project turned out beautiful and I would highly recommend Carey Brothers for any of your contracting jobs! You won't be disappointed!

When I first met James, he raved about their Field Superintendent Matt and how good he was and how people loved him. In my mind, it was a lousy sales pitch and I haven’t even seen this guy. Sounds like a BS distraction and I didn’t even care who he was. Just give me a nice-looking bathroom the way I want it without a hassle Well, now that we are near the end of our bathroom remodel, I must agree with James about this guy Matt he raved about. He installed the difficult pulls we purchased and did an excellent job of making sure everything was in alignment -- doors on the cabinet and the pulls (we are picky). When people see the guest bathroom, it looks better than Porcelanosa‘s new showroom. Matt is a good communicator, resolves any problems the next day without a hassle I couldn’t find any fault with this guy. He knows the job well and raises the name Carey Bros. above the others. When James advised us that they are more expensive than some, I interpreted that as “you get what you pay for.” I never had sleepless nightmares about the job being done right or dealing with their subs. James, I have to agree with you, we love Matt too!

I’m so short and they fixed everything in our bathroom to where it accommodated me and makes me feel much safer. The bench in our shower is my perfect height, they literally measured me and built it custom. I recommend them to family and friends all the time!

The Carey Bros. are more than just "hired hands" for a house project. They are family with a relationship that extends 40 years. Their first project with us was a major kitchen remodel which still looks as good as when it was completed in 1988. Their latest work involved mostly a very long-overdue painting the exterior of the house along with electrical and bathroom fixture updates. Their detailed thoroughness and preparation, the performance and attitude of their onsite crew, post-job clean-up and follow-through demonstrates not just professionalism and experience but love, a sincere care and passion for what they do.

My husband and I never did a home remodel and were extremely nervous. When we made the decision to remodel our master bath we wanted a company that we felt comfortable with. When Carol first came to our home her easy going way and calm demeanor was reassuring. She listened to what we wanted asked questions about what we liked and took pictures and measured and remeasured to check her work. She was always available to answer questions and I know she searched endlessly to find the perfect tile for our bathroom. Both James and Carol presented the bid for the job and thoroughly went through the process and presented us with a book with all of the information and plans again they settled in for a long evening of questions and reassuring us that everything was going to OK. They introduced us to our lead contractor Eduardo who was punctual every day, friendly and a perfectionist, he was like family. He also answered my questions took time to explain things and showed me how he was doing things. When he went to lunch one of my dogs felt so comfortable with him that Sammie sat next to him in the garage. The crew cleaned up after their selves every day and were extremely careful not to disturb or damage anything in our home. Everything was protected and covered to ensure this. On days when James was not available to come to our home to check on things he would have Eduardo send pictures and have conversations over the phone. Carol also came to the house to check on progress. I could go on and on about the positive experience that we had with this family owned company. We will hire them again when we are ready to do further renovations. Thank you for your professionalism, being perfectionists, and making this remodel painless.

My project was complex for its size, and it wasn't easy to find contractors to bid on it. Carey Brothers handled it with ease. They dealt with my insurance company, hired consultants, managed sub-contractors, and interpreted my preferences with an apparent effortlessness that only experienced, attentive, high caliber professionals could. In the end, they delivered great results, excellent value, and, more importantly for a homeowner who expects to be around for several more decades, peace of mind from knowing that the job was done right.

We recently had a leaky sliding glass door (from all the rain), which damaged adjacent new hardwood floor.  It turned out to be a bigger job when damage was found within the surrounding walls.  I have the highest of praise for Carey Bros - they went above & beyond to do a thorough assessment of the problems, assuring us that all could be repaired.  From scheduling workdays/times to carrying out the full project, communication was consistent & reliable, and we always knew what to expect on any given day.  The lead workman, Matt, was very knowledgeable, had high expectations for quality craftsmanship, and was very attentive to details.  His ancillary workers were equally dedicated to doing a first-rate job.  Everyone was personable, polite and courteous within our home.  We couldn't ask for better service or outcome. The finished product is simply beautiful.  Nothing was lacking in this project - we highly recommend Carey Bros.  If we ever have another need for a contractor, we'll know who to call, hands down!!! Not many companies today offer anything remotely comparable in terms of value, excellence and customer service - YAY Carey!!

WOW - we LOVE the Carey Brothers! DPG Design has been collaborating with the Carey Brothers for over a year and it has been fantastic. We are very excited about the 604 Second Street, Brentwood renovation that we partnered with them on. We designed the landscape and brought in landscape vendor partners. The work that The Carey Brothers did on that home was beautiful. Looking forward to doing more projects with them.

I've known the Carey Brothers for over 3 years now and together we have been through 3 large projects and none larger than our most recent Kitchen and bathroom renovation. We completely gutted the kitchen and 3 of our bathrooms for this renovation. Although this should have been very stressful for the family, James and Morris and their team provided amazing support so that the project went as smooth as possible for my family. The Carey brothers found an amazing company that built and installed our custom cabinets. Workmanship was to the highest quality & standard and Carol Carey coordinated the cabinets and the Granite so that the kitchen came together in a timely manner. Carol Carey transformed our ideas we had for the bathrooms into reality and all 3 bathrooms were just simply stunning. James and Morris treat their work as though they were working on their own home. Problems that pop up are simply taken care of and in all 3 projects they never nickel and dimed me for things that inevitably come up in renovation projects. It's extremely difficult to find a company that can produce high quality workmanship on a consistent basis and with the care that is normally only given by the owners themselves, but James and Morris have surpassed my expectations every time we have worked together. I have been so fortunate to have found the Carey Brothers for all my home renovation projects and I look forward to more in the future. I thoroughly recommend them for all your home renovation projects.

The Carey Bros have remodeled two bathrooms and my kitchen. The rooms are fabulous. Their work impeccable. They listened to my ideas and concerns with open minds. I would not have changed anything about the experience.

We heard from James at least twice a week. If he wasn't there he would call & leave a message. He always responded immediately. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The book that he presented us with had instructions on how everything was going to go during the process, the way they were so meticulous.. they were wonderful. Carey Bros. Remodeling is a top-notch company to deal with. From start to finish, there is not one thing I can think of that I was dissatisfied with.

I contacted Carey Bros to install a barn door I'd already purchased.  It was oversized and heavy. Matt immediately followed up with me to let me know he was going out of town for a week but would get back to me on his return. He did as promised. He came and looked at the project and made the appointment for install. He showed up on time. They did a beautiful job of hanging the door and it fit perfect. Very professional and I really appreciated all of the communication. It is nice to find a reliable contractor.

My wife and I hired the Carey Bros., James, Morris and Carol (Morris's wife) to help us remodel the inside of our 15-year old house in a gated retirement community. From the very beginning of the project to the very end they were available to us. They answered all our design questions, gave us suggestions and recommendations for products, finishes, colors, services and more. They cheerfully made changes and adjustments when requested, did purchases and took deliveries, returned goods that were flawed, broken or otherwise unacceptable. All in all, the made the project as stress-free to us as possible, and in the end, we have a beautiful, comfortable, functional and trouble-free home.

I found Carey Brothers in a Brentwood Publication.  They were an answer to a pray! I had extensive damage due to an insurance claim, had an entryway/door created, faucets/toilets installed and other outside dry rot, gutter repairs, painting. All work was done in a timely and professionally and respectful manner. I felt very comfortable leaving my home while they completed projects. The attention to detail was wonderful! From start to finish was a smooth process. I never felt pressured. They also worked around my schedule without complaint and always on time!! My home looks so beautiful.

We had the pleasure of working with James and Morris Carey for a major renovation of our back yard. From the very beginning, they were very personable and made us feel comfortable. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, accommodating, reliable, and very creative. One of the many positive things we noticed right away was that no matter how chaotic our yard looked while they were here, they would clean up and put tools away in the evening before they left. Jim was very attentive and supportive during the entire process. The quality of the work was superb. The company was fantastic. I told them I wished I would win the lottery so I could have them back again to fix the rest of my house. They were very personable, and I felt safe with them in my home. I have zero complaints and that says a lot in this day and age.

Carey Bros. has completed remodeling and repair projects on our home since 1995. They do excellent work and I recommend this company highly.

Professional with schedule and invoices and job was well done with a little extra design. We got updates on the invoices with detailed estimate and agreed charges. I think I got the best deal with professionalism and results of project were great. We contacted six companies; 3 no showed for estimate, 1 estimate was double the Carey estimate, another after showing up for an estimate did not give us the estimate. Throughout the project we were confident in the Carey Bros. because they kept us informed and involved when necessary.
